Sermon Series Notes

Topical sermons are different from expository sermons, which focus on a specific passage of Scripture and its meaning and relevance to the audience. Topical sermons also differ from textual sermons, which use ideas from the text to develop their main points, but also draw from sources outside the text.

“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works”

2 Timothy 3:16-17
